I'm a life coach certified by The Life Coach School. Before I became a life coach, I spent more than 10 years as an award-winning copywriter, creative strategist, and producer. My work has received a Peabody nomination, Emmy awards, as well as been featured on global stages like Ad World 2022 and in publications like Business Insider, MSNBC, Forbes, and more. I've written for big and small brands, including Dunkin', Wolfgang Puck, Shapermint, Sheraton Hotels, MARS Candy, and more.

I specialize in direct response marketing, aka paid social media advertising — you know, those ads that get you to buy stuff you don't need on Instagram and Facebook? Direct response means that I'm trained to write in a way that motivates people to take a specific action like purchasing something right here, right now.

After attending a coaching conference, I saw that there was a dire need for coaches to learn more about messaging. So, I thought I'd share some of the knowledge I've gained over more than a decade of expertise. To be frank, I'd rather help coaches aspiring to make the world a better place than big companies that care more about making another buck than their customers.

And one of the most significant lessons I've learned through my experience is that messaging can make or break a business — no matter how good the product or service is.
